Privacy Policy — VPSUS
Introduction
VPSUS ("the App") is a free proxy client utility that allows users to connect to their own proxy servers using standard protocols (VLESS, VMess). The App is developed and maintained by VPSUS ("we", "us", "our").
Important: We Are Not a VPN Provider
The App is a client tool only. We do not sell, provide, or host proxy servers or configurations. We do not control or monitor the servers you connect to. You are solely responsible for the server configurations you use.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data
- We do not track your browsing activity or internet traffic
- We do not log your IP address
- We do not collect device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, or similar)
- We do not use advertising SDKs or ad networks
- We do not sell, share, or disclose any user data to third parties for any purpose
Data Processed Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us:
- Server configuration — encrypted proxy server settings you import into the App
- Connection preferences — your last selected server and display settings
- Traffic statistics — upload/download byte counters provided by your proxy server (displayed in the App, not sent to us)
Sensitive data (server keys, configuration endpoints) is stored using encrypted device storage (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences).
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services for essential functionality:
1. Sentry (Error Reporting)
- Purpose: Crash and error reporting to improve App stability
- Data sent: Anonymous error logs and stack traces (only in release builds)
- No personally identifiable information is included

2. Firebase Remote Config
- Purpose: Retrieving application configuration parameters
- No user data is collected or sent
- Firebase Analytics is explicitly disabled in the App

Network Traffic
All network traffic is routed directly between your device and the proxy server you configure. We do not operate any intermediate servers, and we have no ability to inspect, log, or modify your traffic.
VPN Permissions
The App requires VPN permission from your operating system to create a local network tunnel on your device. This tunnel routes traffic to the proxy server you have configured. No traffic passes through our servers.
Data Security
- Server credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with X25519 key exchange
- Local storage uses platform-provided encrypted storage (iOS Keychain)
- Network requests to configuration servers use TLS with certificate pinning
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
